The Super League is expensive! The constant traveling, the fundings needed to get the latest training tech, the trips to the Disciplinary board, the repairs your stadium may need depending on if an opposing team has tried to sabotage you again, the brand deals, there’s a lot of money that goes into being a part of the Super League, and there’s a lot of money given to you when you’re a part of the Super League.

Today we’ll be looking at the most expensive players in the League, from former stars to current celebrities. Whether it’s the hefty price their coach paid because they think their skills are worth it, or their shining reputation that gets fans and businesses alike flocking to them, it’s time to see who has the most digits to their names!

6. ATTAK

Though a short-lived member of Technicali, Attak was not an easy nor cheap figure for Toni Vern to reel in. Attak had a fantastic reputation of being a phenomenal player in his team back in Brislovia, already bumping his net worth up to the thousands, so when Toni struck an agreement with his coach to have him join Technicali—atop of paying for the traveling fees so he’d be flown from his home country—he was looking at a real hefty price.

The spending didn’t stop when Attak arrived, though. Toni had gone out of his way to invent a wearable translation device for the player, which was speculated to have cost several hundred—if not a few thousand—dollars.

5. RIANO

With a great display of sportsmanship and his photogenic appearance, is it really any surprise to see Barka’s show stopping striker on this list? Brands from all over get antsy at the mere thought of getting him to promote their products, news stations and talk shows will clear out their schedules if he shows interest in participating, and any merchandise with his face gets sold out instantly!

The only reason he isn’t any higher on this list is because Riano gives most of his earnings to his coach and their staff so they’re able to provide more training opportunities for him and his team.

4. SKARRA

Just like Riano, Skarra is the face of his team. He’s the first member to pop into into fans’ minds when they think of Invincible United, he’s the one the cameras focus on the most to see his best moves, or his worst fouls, but he’s not on this list for the same reason Riano is…

Instead, he’s here because of how much money he’s racked up from all the Disciplinary Board hearings he’s been to! From rule infractions to hospitalizations to cheating scandals, it’s estimated that Skarra’s costed Coach Vince somewhere in the 6 figures, some fans even speculate 7 figures!

It’s hard to keep track of the exact amount Vince has spent for every meeting he’s been to and every fine he’s been given, but surely the infamous captain has to be worth it if his coach is willing to drain his bank account for him.

3. NINJA

Why wouldn’t the star player of Cosmo be on this list? He’s got the style, he’s got the moves, and he’s got the flair that keeps fans glued to their seats and gets his coach more dough. Ninja knows how to keep the people watching, from his over the top moves, to the snarky attitude he delivers to the opposing teams, fans rather love him, or love to hate him!

With the spotlight always on him, and his signature white headband to make him instantly recognizable among the sea of players, both he and his coach are able to make bank whenever they slap his face on anything they can! Action figures, comic books, soda cans, shirts, he even has multiple attractions based off of him at Buddy Watkin’s Wild West World!

But that’s not all—Ninja’s grand performances aren’t just for the field, he’s also gone out of his way to challenge players outside of them with the promise of a cash prize or to merely ‘show people who’s the best.’ While Ninja might not always win, fans and sponsors come rushing over regardless to watch, and to attend the parties he throws at his mansion afterwards.

Unfortunately for him, though, he’s outdone by his rival and the next player on this list…

2. EL MATADOR

The man has a golden hairdryer and a giant, golden statue of himself in front of his own mansion, of course he made it so high on this list! While all of the Supa Strikas players share the fans attention, it’s hard to deny that more eyes seem particularly drawn him, and who can blame them?

His eye-catching, signature yellow glasses that can be spotted a mile away, his fantastic hair, and his confident, smooth playing style is what earns him such a renown, dedicated fan base and gets the brands swarming him. It certainly helps that he tends to score a high number of goals as well!

His constant appearances on guest shows and Super League parties, along with his promotion of high-end luxuries such as colognes, watches, jewelry, and make-up have shot his net worth up into the 7 figures! Now who could possibly top that?

Well, there is a player who has managed to do so, or should we say players…?

1. THE AMAL THREE

Why are they listed as Number 1 instead of each being given their own spot? For starters, it turned out their supposed ‘special ability’ of being able to work without communication was a lie, as only one of them was a competent player, and since the Sheikh had used his riches to hire all of them at once, we’ve condescend them to one spot.

Before they were found out to be frauds, the triplets rose to fame at an astronomical rate thanks to the possibly millions the Sheikh had spent on them, but it was all thanks to their fabricated claims of being ‘soccer geniuses’ and being able to play flawlessly without speaking that brought in even more money. The Sultans already get a constant stream of sponsors and high-end products to promote, so one can only imagine how the interest in the team skyrocketed when the triplets were introduced, and their performances at the Sheikh’s events only made them more popular.

However, just because something—or someone—has a lot of money to their name, it doesn’t necessarily guarantee quality…
